Homemade Marinated Feta & Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • Feta
  • Olive Oil
  • Rosemary
  • Pink Peppercorns
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano
  • Garlic

Method

  1. Chop the feta into cubes and put into a large mason jar.
  2. Pour Olive Oil into the jar until the feta is covered.
  3. Add the rosemary, pink peppercorns, chilli flakes, dried oregano and garlic.
  4. Seal the jar and let sit for 24 hours before tasting.
