Easy & Healthy Appetizer Recipe – Coconut Shrimps

Ingredients

  • Cooked Shrimp tale on
  • Flour
  • Egg wash
  • Coconut
  • Dip
  • ½ cup Thick full fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of Coconut milk
  • Squeeze of Lime juice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of coriander

Method

  1. Cut open the shrimp through the back to butterfly them.
  2. With a dredging station (one bowl or plate of flour, one bowl of eggs beaten, one bowl of coconut) and begin to coat the shrimp.
  3. With each shrimp coated place onto a greased pan.
  4. Put into a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes until a little toasted on the edges.
  5. For the dip combine all the ingredients and mix.

Serving Suggestion

Sprinkle with a little salt and squeeze of lime juice. Serve warm on a platter with the yogurt dip for dipping. Enjoy!
