Extra Special Deviled Eggs with Crabmeat and Caviar


  • Boiled Eggs
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Caviar or Fish Roe
  • Mayonnaise
  • Crab Meat
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Boil the eggs, leave to cool, remove the yolks and set aside.
  2. Using a potato ricer, place the yolks in the ricer.
  3. Place the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, crab meat and parsley into the crushed yolk and mix together.
  4. Add the lemon juice and the salt and pepper. Mix and taste.
  5. Add additional mayonnaise and season more to your taste.
  6. Using an icing pipe or coffee filter, place the yolk mix inside and squeeze the mixture into the egg whites.
  7. Place a small amount of caviar or roe onto the top of the eggs.

Serving Suggestion

Deviled eggs are real luxury and crowd pleaser.  Feel free to decorate the plate with edible flowers if you can find them.  Enjoy!
