Fried Tomatoes – Easy Veggie Snack Recipe

Ingredients

  • Unripe Tomatoes
  • Seasoned Bread crumb
  • Seasoned Flour
  • Beaten egg
  • Cornmeal
  • Butter and Olive oil

Method

  1. Put the olive oil and butter going in the pan.
  2. Cut the tomatoes thick.
  3. Place the tomatoes into the flour.
  4. Next into the egg.
  5. Then into the cornmeal.
  6. Shallow fry until brown in the pan.
  7. Mix Plane set Greek yogurt and Tabasco sauce together.
  8. Put the tomatoes onto a pretty plate, a pinch of salt and dollop of cooling yogurt sauce.
  9. Garnish with torn fresh basil leafs.

Serving Suggestion

Serve hot as a lovely appetizer. One per person.  Enjoy!
