Shrimp Green Curry Recipe – Delicious and Easy!


  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Green curry paste
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Mixed bell peppers
  • Coconut milk (lite)
  • Lime juice
  • Scallions
  • Brown rice


  1. Pour some olive oil into a pan and when hot, add the shrimps.
  2. Put the green curry paste into the pan.
  3. Add the coconut milk and stir.
  4. Add the mix bell peppers.
  5. Add a little lime juice.
  6. Simmer together until the vegetables are slightly underdone so that they still have crispness to them.
  7. Pour all the ingredients including sauce too over the brown rice and finish with chopped scallions.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this healthy shrimp dish with brown rice for extra fiber.  Enjoy!
