How to Make Prawn Ceviche – Quick & Simple Recipe


  • Cooked prawns/shrimps 1 tub
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Spring onions 4
  • Cucumber half
  • Lemons 2
  • Clamato juice
  • Old bay powder
  • Toast
  • Avocado 1
  • Fresh coriander bunch
  • Celery stick 1
  • Blood orange 1
  • Lime 1
  • Hot sauce


  1. Drain the prawns and place them into a bowl.
  2. Chop the avocados, the tomatoes, the celery and the cucumber into small cubes and place them into the bowl.
  3. Chop the coriander and place it into a bowl.
  4. Chop the spring onions into small pieces and put into the bowl.
  5. Squeeze the lemon, blood orange and lime into the bowl.
  6. Pour the clamato juice into the bowl.
  7. A few dashes of hot sauce depending on how spicy you like it.
  8. Put the old bay spice into the bowl and stir everything together.

Serving Suggestion

The ceviche can be eaten straight away or with plain toast/crackers. Let it all sit for 30 minutes and don’t forget to keep it cold by placing the bowl on top another bowl of ice. Enjoy!
