Roasted Caramelized Onions


  • Onions Whole (Skin on)
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place whole onions in preheated 400 degrees f oven for 35-40 minutes.
  2. Once soft, take out of the oven and remove the skin.
  3. Pour balsamic reduction and a tiny drop over olive or the onions.
  4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Serving Suggestion

Serve half an onion alongside your main course dinner. Enjoy!
