Roasted Sweet & Savory Dates – Easy & Delicious Snack

Ingredients

  • Dates
  • Cream Cheese
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Parma Ham

Method

  1. Cut through the centre of the date to remove the pit if there is one.
  2. Mix the room temperature cream cheese with a little S&P and Tabasco sauce.
  3. Place the cheese mixture inside the date.
  4. Wrap the date with the ham tightly.
  5. Put into the oven at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Let the dates cool for 5 minutes as the filling will be hot. Serve as an appetizer with crunchy walnuts. Enjoy!
