Sauteed Buttery Mushrooms – Easy Vegetarian Snack


  • Mushrooms
  • Thyme
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Wipe the mushrooms off with a damp cloth or paper towel.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
  3. Add the butter and olive oil into a pan at medium heat.
  4. Season with S & P.
  5. Add the thyme.
  6. Toss the mushrooms frequently until golden bits develop.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with some brown toast for a snack or as a side dish for a variety of dinners. Enjoy!
