Shrimp Burgers

Ingredients

  • Medium Shrimps 10 (deveined, shells off and uncooked)
  • Quarter cup of white bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 green chilli
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Add the Shrimps to the mixer.
  2. Add the bread crumbs to the mixer.
  3. Add the egg.
  4. Add the ginger.
  5. Add the scallion.
  6. Add the chilli.
  7. Add the S&P.
  8. Pulse until it forms together but leave it chunky.
  9. Let set up in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  10. Use a burger mold to shape the burger.
  11. Add to a hot pan with olive oil.
  12. Sauté
  13. Cut a burger bun and spread on the mayo.

Toppings

  1. Chop the tomato.
  2. Chop the lettuce.
  3. Scoop out some avocado.
  4. Mix mayo and hot sauce.

Serving Suggestion

This recipe is exactly for two shrimp burgers.  Increase your portions for more people. Enjoy!
