The Best Quinoa Burger Recipe – High Protein | Vegetarian


  • Cooked Quinoa (Directions on the box)
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • Plane Bread crumbs
  •  1 tablespoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper
  •  ½ teaspoon coriander
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch of chilli flakes


  1. Once the Quinoa is cooked let it cool in a bowl.
  2. Add the breadcrumbs.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Add the parmesan.
  5. Add the Salt.
  6. Add the Pepper.
  7. Add the Coriander.
  8. Add the cumin.
  9. Add the paprika.
  10. Add the chilli flakes.
  11. Mix everything together until combined.
  12. Using a lid or burger press make a patty like burger very compact.
  13. Plastic wrap helps with this process, see video.
  14. Put into the fridge to set up, at least one hour.
  15. Sautee in a hot pan for 3 minutes on each side.
  16. Top the burger with your favorite veggies and condiments.

Serving Suggestion

Pile up with pickles, ketchup, mustard, cheese, tomato, anything goes! Enjoy!
