Tuna Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Canned Tuna (in water)
  • Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Hoisin Sauce

Method

  1. Heat large pan with olive oil.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add to the pan.
  3. Put the tuna into the pan.
  4. Add chopped cilantro.
  5. Add S & P.
  6. Fold the Egg over like a cigar.
  7. Place onto a plate and hoisin sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve for a protein packed breakfast or lite lunch after the gym. Enjoy!
